b. We shall not be liable for any damage caused to your vehicle as a result of improper application or removal of our stickers.
c. In the event that adhesive residue is left on the vehicle after sticker removal, we shall not be held responsible for any costs associated with its removal.

Fees and Payment
a. You agree to pay all applicable fees associated with your subscription to the Service, as specified during the signup process.
b. Onboarding fees are non-refundable.
c. Subscription fees can only be refunded if cancellation is requested up to one month before the cancellation date.
d. All fees are exclusive of any taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities, and you are responsible for the payment of such charges.

Intellectual Property
a. All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property associated with the Service are the property of DriversWatch or its licensors.
b. You may not use, reproduce, modify, or distribute any of our intellectual property without prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability
a. In no event shall DriversWatch or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Service.

Termination
